“I’ve been to camp for five summers, and I just love it. I want to be a counselor because of the way the counselors at camp have always made me feel supported. I’m starting to get ready for college, and I plan to major in education because I’ve been motivated by my counselors at camp. Teaching kids at camp has been a great experience for me. I think the CITs [Counselors in Training] are the backbone of the camp, because we are always there to help the counselors.”
