There are many ways to get involved with SCOPE. Together, our efforts will provide children from low-income families with access to attend nonprofit, ACA-accredited overnight summer camps.
GIVE THE GIFT OF CAMP
When you support SCOPE, you are changing the trajectory of children’s lives through providing overnight summer camp experiences! Join our community of dedicated supporters who are committed to providing ALL children with access to overnight summer camp experiences.
MONTHLY GIVING
By pledging to make a monthly gift, you can help SCOPE bridge the opportunity gap by making summer camp accessible to children from financially disadvantaged families all across the country. Visit our Donate page to make your contribution, and click “Recurring Gift” to set up monthly giving. Your card will be automatically charged on the first of each month.
EMPLOYEE MATCHING PROGRAMS
Many companies match their employees’ contributions to charitable organizations! Don’t see SCOPE (Summer Camp Opportunities Promote Education) or our EIN Number (20-2772242) listed on your company site? Please reach out to molly@scopeusa.org and she can help you take the steps to making your gift go the distance.
Contact your company to see how you can double or triple the impact of your donation to SCOPE by taking advantage of their matching program.
DONOR ADVISED FUNDS
If you conduct your charitable giving through a Donor Advised Fund (DAF), you can talk to your financial advisor about recommending a grant to SCOPE.

STOCK
Publicly traded securities held for more than one year—such as stocks, bonds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and mutual funds—are a tax efficient way to make charitable contributions. SCOPE will use your donation to fund camperships to provide children, who commit to staying in school, to attend nonprofit, American Camp Association (ACA) Accredited, resident camps which will empower them to develop to their full potential.

FUNDRAISE FOR SCOPE
Spread awareness for SCOPE by fundraising for a special occasion – like a birthday, graduation, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, or other celebratory milestone – and create your own webpage using SCOPE’s crowdfunding platform.

PHILANTHROPIC CAMP PARTNERSHIPS
Creating a culture of philanthropy at camp and during the school year provides the entire camp community with an opportunity to be a part of something bigger than yourself. With a captive camp-passionate audience, camps create philanthropic opportunities that fit within their existing programs to create initiatives that help to provide the gift of summer camp through SCOPE.
