SCOPE Midwest Cocktail Party
SCOPE Midwest Cocktail Party
The SCOPE Midwest Benefit on April 30, 2026 was a powerful show of community, generosity, and belief in what’s possible.
To everyone who showed up and stepped up, from sponsors and attendees to committee members, teen volunteers, our Board, and every supporter, you helped create something meaningful that will last well beyond one night. Because of you, children across the Midwest will have access to experiences that inspire confidence, connection, and lifelong impact.
The SCOPE Midwest Benefit brought this mission to life in an unforgettable way, and we were proud to recognize The Hallie225 Foundation as part of that celebration.

The Impact of SCOPE Midwest
About SCOPE Midwest
SCOPE Midwest is committed to advancing equity through access by ensuring that all children—regardless of socioeconomic circumstance—have the opportunity to benefit from the transformative summer camp experience. Too many children and teens face barriers that limit access to attend overnight summer camp, where essential skills like independence, resilience, and belonging are fostered.
Through campership support, SCOPE Midwest expands summer camp access for children and teens, working in partnership with 15 nonprofit overnight summer camps across the Midwest to create pathways to opportunity that extend beyond the summer.
Since 2007, SCOPE Midwest has provided more than 3,400 camperships, empowering children from under-resourced communities in the Chicagoland area and throughout the region to experience the life-changing impact of camp.
Who Benefits?
Campers – SCOPE Midwest provides camp scholarships that increase equity through access, giving children whose families face financial barriers the access to the transformative overnight summer camp experience. These campers attend camp at no cost to their families and/or childcare providers. Once a camper attends, they are invited to return for future summers as long as they remain enrolled in school, helping sustain meaningful growth and connection year after year
Camps – All SCOPE Midwest proceeds directly support camp access for children attending nonprofit, ACA-accredited overnight summer camps across the Midwest. Many of these partner camps also offer year-round youth development programming. SCOPE Midwest partners only with camps that are equipped to deliver high-quality, inclusive, and developmentally impactful experiences that meet the diverse needs of the children they serve.
Communities – The life skills and social-emotional development gained through the camp experience help young people continue to grow, thrive, and reach their potential long after summer ends. Each child who receives a SCOPE campership commits to staying engaged in their education, strengthening pathways to opportunity. Because of this, SCOPE partner camps play an integral role not only in each camper’s personal development but also in building stronger, more resilient communities.
