Did you SWEAT for SCOPE with us last month or feel like you missed out on the fun?!?
Well, don’t you worry – WE ARE BACK by popular demand with SWEAT for SCOPE 2.0!

Starting Sunday, February 21 through Friday, February 26 we have 9 CLASSES available to you!
Our goal at SCOPE is to send as many children to camp as possible. So, let’s work (out!) together AGAIN…

While we all want to Feel Good in February, join us as we embark on another round of virtual fitness classes where 100% of your class purchase will support SCOPE!

$40 class three-pack (choose your 3)
$99 Access to ALL 9 classes

We’re proud to partner with bamboo once again and are excited to welcome BoxUnion as they bring awesome instructors and class content for a fun, fitness-filled week of a variety of class options all in support of SCOPE.
Every class is open to all levels. Check out the schedule below and join us for as many classes as you can!

Sun, Feb 21 @ 11am EST: Zumba with Elle (30 min)

Kick off Sweat for SCOPE 2.0 with our first class, Zumba! Taught by Elle Morgan the Zumba instructor from Timber Lake West camp, this 30-minute dance workout will launch us all into good vibes and high energy for the week ahead. @elle.morgs  

Mon, Feb 22 @ 9:00am EST: Arms and Abs Sculpt with Jami (35 min)

Jami is back to wake you up and work your arms and abs before… work! She will squeeze in a cardio section. Weights are optional. If you have them, use them! If you do not, water bottles should do the trick. Wear sneakers and meet Jami on the mat with your water, towel, and upbeat energy. @jamileighgallant

Mon, Feb 22 @ 6:30pm EST: Yoga with Chelsea (45 min)

Bring your yoga mat (a towel is fine) and your good vibes as we start off (and stretch out) for a week of fitness! Join Chelsea on the mat for a 45-minute yoga class that will leave you feeling Zen. @chelsea.ann.file

Tues, Feb 23 @ 10am EST: Shadowbox with Max (35 min)

Designed for all levels, this 35-minute high-energy, music-driven fitness boxing workout combines shadowboxing, HIIT, and bodyweight strength for a sweat-inducing, mind and body experience. No equipment required/weights are optional. @mdkurtzman

Tues, Feb 23 @ 6:30pm EST: HIIT with Tara (35 min)

A high-energy full-body cardio and strength training class all to the beat of the music. No equipment required. @taramobasseri

Wed, Feb 24 @ 6:30pm EST: Shadowbox with Justin (35 min)

Designed for all levels, this 35-minute high-energy, music-driven boxing workout combines shadowboxing, HIIT, and bodyweight strength for a sweat-inducing, mind and body experience. No equipment required/weights are optional. @justin_goaledminds

Thurs, Feb 25 @ 9am EST: HIIT & Shadowbox with Lany (35 min)

Jumpstart your morning with this incredible combination of high-energy shadowboxing and HIIT strength training. Start class with a few rounds of shadowboxing, building up and breakdown down a combination. Move on to a few rounds of total body HIIT. Finish on a high note with a round of Abs/Core. This mash-up class is the ultimate cardio burn! @trainedbylany

Thurs, Feb 25 @ 6:30pm EST: Sculpt with Tara (35min)

A total body strength, toning, and cardio class. Meet Tara on the mat with your water, towel, and upbeat energy. Get ready to feel the burn!

Fri, Feb 26 @ 12pm EST- 305 Dance Cardio Class with Samantha (45min)

Dance into the weekend with a class so fun you’ll forget you’re working out! SCOPE invites you this virtual private party, a live 305 Fitness class! 305 Fitness is a nonstop dance party that combines dance cardio, HIIT, strength toning, and epic in-house DJ curated music. 45-minutes of nonstop moving, laughing, and sweating. @samantha_barriento

Take a look at the schedule and click: Join for the classes you want to sign up for. You will be prompted to make an account. Set up your account by entering your email, name and creating a password. Once you are logged in, click Join again and enter your credit card information. You will receive a class confirmation via email.

If you are purchasing the class package: Click here then click the Activity Packages button. You will be prompted to make an account. Set up your account by entering your email, name and creating a password. Once you are logged in, you will be prompted to complete your activity package purchase. Now you can join an activity by clicking the Join button and applying your class package. You will receive a class confirmation via email.
