A Day in the Life of a NFL General Manager

Presented by Next Level Day Camps

Spend 90 minutes on Monday, January 17, 2022 (MLK HOLIDAY) at 4pm EST with Mike Tannenbaum and friends to learn what a NFL General Manager does from the start of training camp to the end of the season. This program will take place on Zoom.

Students will get an understanding of a GM’s summer as they create a roster of 53 from 90 trying to put their best team on the field all while juggling salary cap implications.

  • Learn how practice squads are developed and monitored during the season.
  • Once the season begins, what goes on as the trade deadline looms?
  • How do teams build culture?
  • How do they prepare and scout for the following season?

Additionally, the session will focus on the off season including how teams prepare for free agency, the NFL Combine and of course the Draft. Mike will take you ”inside the draft room.”  He will also touch on the future of the GM role with changes in business, technology and analytics.

Come with questions to this unique opportunity.

The Cost of the Program is $50. Recommended for Ages 12 and Up. Coaches and Parents Welcome.
Part of the Proceeds will go to SCOPE to allow children an opportunity to enjoy camp!

SCOPE was established for one simple reason, to provide summer camp opportunities to ALL children, regardless of socio-economic background. Children who receive SCOPE camperships gain access to attend overnight summer camp throughout the United States, free of cost to their family.
