Doug Pierce, one of SCOPE’s founders and committed advocates for making camp accessible for all children, passed away unexpectedly on April 5, 2023.
Doug brought joy into every room he entered. He jumped through hoops of fire to bring light and happiness into the lives of campers and families for decades. He served as President of countless organizations, but was most proud to be a founder of SCOPE. Doug’s legacy lives on in the hearts and minds of the countless lives he touched in our community.
