Meadowbrook Country Day Camp Supports SCOPE
Meadowbrook Campers are fortunate to be able to spend their Summer at Meadowbrook, and we demonstrate our “G” for Generosity, part of our core values of TIGER, by supporting SCOPE (Summer Camp Opportunities Promote Education). SCOPE is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping children by funding nonprofit resident camps with “Camperships” that offer children from low-income families the benefits of a safe, well-supervised and enriching Summer Camp experience.
The Magic of Giving and Supporting SCOPE
This summer, Meadowbrook is celebrating friendships and our core values of TIGER which stands for Teamwork … Integrity … Generosity … Enthusiasm … Respect. By introducing TIGER during week 1 and practicing TIGER behaviors all Summer long, we hope to instill Meadowbrook TIGER values in all of our Campers that they will remember long after the Summer ends.
Together we will feel proud of our collective efforts to help those less fortunate than us.

About SCOPE
SCOPE believes that summer camp is an essential component of the year-round educational continuum and plays a critical role in helping children from underserved communities to thrive. Unfortunately, these children have little or no access to summer camps and programs, resulting in an enormous achievement gap and summer learning loss. SCOPE bridges this gap by making summer camp accessible to as many deserving children as possible.
