Mon, Jan 4 @ 6pm EST: YOGA with Marni Mendelsohn
Reset for 2021 with Marni. Bring your yoga mat (a towel is fine) and your good vibes as we start off (and stretch out) for a week of fitness fun! @yogamarn
Tues, Jan 5 @ 8am - 8:35am EST: SCULPT for SCOPE with Jami Gallant
Wake up early with Jami to work your arms and abs before… work! She will squeeze in a cardio section. Weights are optional. If you have them, use them! If you do not, water bottles should do the trick. Wear sneakers and meet Jami on the mat with your water, towel, and upbeat energy. @jamileighgallant
Tues, Jan 5 @ 6:45pm EST: BOOTCAMP with Lex Dreiss
Come flex with Lex for this full-body bootcamp workout. Class will start with a dynamic warm-up followed by a core blasting section bodyweight, strength/weighted section, and conditioning to finish out the class. Wear sneakers and meet Lex on your mat (or towel). If you have weights keep them nearby. If not, Lex will suggest some alternative options. @lex_dreiss
Wed, January 6 @ 6:00pm - 6:45pm EST: MAT PILATES with Cindy Lanzas
Join Cindy for a mat pilates class influenced by Functional Range Conditioning (FRC). This class is made for everybody and every type of body! All you need is your mat. @cindylanzas
Thurs, January 7 @ 9am - 9:35am EST: SCULPT for SCOPE with Jami Gallant

Thurs, Jan 7 @ 6:30pm -7:15pm EST: DANCE CARDIO/TONING with Lindsay Deitchman
This class is so fun, you will forget you are working out! Half dancing, half toning = full grooving. Put on your sneakers, space out your furniture and gather your family and or roommates because Lindsay is bringing the party (and her camp spirit!) to you! @lindsdeitch

If you are signing up for individual classes: Click here to access the SCOPE activity page.
Take a look at the schedule and click: Join for the classes you want to sign up for. You will be prompted to make an account. Set up your account by entering your email, name and creating a password. Once you are logged in, click Join again and enter your credit card information. You will receive a class confirmation via email.
If you are purchasing the class package: Click here to access the SCOPE activity page and click the Activity Packages button. You will be prompted to make an account. Set up your account by entering your email, name and creating a password. Once you are logged in, you will be prompted to complete your activity package purchase. Now you can join an activity by clicking the Join button and applying your class package. You will receive a class confirmation via email.
