LEADERSHIP COUNCILS: A NEW GENERATION OF LEADERS
A NEW GENERATION OF LEADERS
We are believers and champions of the camp experience. We believe camp has the power to provide a lasting and positive impact in the life of a child, and support SCOPE’s mission to provide camp scholarships to as many less fortunate children from low-income families as possible.
Junior Leadership Council (SCOPE-JLC)
The SCOPE-JLC is comprised of high school and middle school students who love summer camp and are motivated to give other children the chance to have the same wonderful camp experiences. With support from their families and friends, these young philanthropists create projects that help raise funds for SCOPE.
☛ JLC GIVES BACK SERVICE PROJECTS
- Camp Survival Packs: The JLC donated and packed 200 Camp Survival Packs that are filled with new summer camp essentials such as shampoo, sunscreen, toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap and were given out to SCOPE campers while they’re having the time of their lives at camp. Support the Project >
- Dream Boxes: 40 Boxes were decorated and filled with new camp and school supplies for SCOPE campers. These boxes were delivered to 4 SCOPE partner camps to give campers the tools to pursue their dreams. Watch video >
☛ CELEBRATORY MILESTONES PROJECTS
Choosing a charity to support for your celebratory milestone is one of the MANY decisions you have to make! SCOPE is a great organization to fundraise for. More info about these projects >
